Navigating toward an integrated business
Equator had already developed an omni-channel sales package called Sales Navigator. The suite of software includes portals for telephony, face-to-face and customer use, digital verifications, and multiple user profiles and role hierarchy, all in a fully configurable, secure hosted environment.
The system connects all sales channels, and provides multiple ways to convert customers at the lowest possible cost. Sales Navigator was developed to integrate with any relevant client’s existing technology, and it was a natural fit for ESB.
Putting it all to work
Once implemented, Sales Navigator allowed ESB to engage with customers through new channels, such as F2F sales. Thanks to an omni-channel structure, ESB can begin engagement through one channel - for example social media - and continue the relationship on a second or subsequent channel - like email or a phone call.
Although Sales Navigator was an existing ‘off the shelf’ system, we tailored it to fit ESB’s specific conditions and priorities. The Equator team working on the project included experts in strategy, engineering technology, and integrated marketing.
