We are seeking a UX Consultant with a strong focus on the business aspects of the design of user experience

Designing the experiences of tomorrow

We need you to work with and inspire your cross disciplinary team to deliver things better than they though they were capable of. As part of this you are responsible for developing the right design and creative approach for some of Britain's biggest brands.

  • You are pivotal in the creation of award winning ideas. You'll always strive to tell the best stories in the most interesting ways. Helping to connect brands with their audiences
  • You'll always keep an eye on the details, making sure that the polish of the work you put out in the world is flawless
  • It's your responsibility to constantly think of different ways to achieve the client's objectives. Putting forward the solutions you feel are the most fit for purpose. You will always be able to rationalise and justify your proposed solutions
  • Our best tool to deliver great connected experiences is collaborative thinking. You will be taking advantage of everyone's insights and all strive towards the same goal
  • You will proactively flag up issues that arise doing work and pragmatically help in finding the best solutions to them
  • Experience has taught you what good design looks like, you'll consistently produce only work of exceptional quality -even in high pressure situations
  • You're the master of your tools and can bend the Adobe creative suite, Invision, etc. to your will with ease
  • Prepping your work for final use in digital channels is key. Including, but not limited to: websites, social content, adverts
  • Presenting, selling and discussing your work is second nature to you
  • Motion graphic experience, such as After Effects and Animate CC is a plus

The interview

This is a telephone or Teams call to chat about your experience and what the role looks like. It’s your chance to show us what makes you remarkable.

The task

Take on a small task to let us see your skills in action. Once complete you’ll meet with up to 3 people from your team to discuss the task.

The induction

This dedicated induction with our People and Culture team will make sure you’re fully up to speed with your role and how to get things done. At this point, you should feel inspired and confident to get started.

The first 3 months

We’ll help you put together a 3-month programme covering key competencies, support and learning outcomes to make sure you’re fully equipped to thrive.

Get a Buddy

After the induction period, there will still be a lot of new things, so everyone new is paired with a Buddy, who will be your go-to for any questions you have! And then it’s onwards and upwards!

Ongoing support
