We are looking for someone to join our development team to help build and maintain complex web projects for our clients. Successful candidates will be responsible for the design and implementation of solutions using the latest technologies and development techniques.

Responsibilities
- Working in our Core Delivery Team leading on Front End strategy and approach in line with wider development team
- Supporting Core Delivery Team Leads in decision making and planning
- Ensuring all solution designs are appropriately documented to ensure deliverables are clear and easily communicated to other teams in Equator
- Coordinating scoping efforts on projects and ensure that more junior team members are given opportunity to participate for training purposes and are adequately supported
- Taking the leading role in project retrospectives and ensure that feedback is fair and constructive and all appropriate action is taken following the retrospective to ensure continuous improvement occurs
- Ensuring that all members of the team are receiving appropriate levels of support and take an active role in mentoring junior team members within the team
- Helping new business team ballpark and estimate new business opportunities and complete associate documentation
