Our Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Specialist will be responsible for optimising the experience and driving conversion uplift on our clients’ websites across multiple platforms.
This role is integral to the successful running of the Marketing team. It manages the day-to-day operations of the team, working with them to ensure delivery across our portfolio of clients. The role will support the team to develop, implement, track, and optimise our marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
The successful candidate will establish strong relationships with each team member and proactively support their development as an Equator employee. This role will also hold good relationships with our Business Unit leaders and wider client services team, working with them to keep client satisfaction and job profitability high. The successful individual will collaborate well with all other teams within business as required in order to maximise the opportunities for our clients and to encourage knowledge building within the Marketing team.
Please note, this is a hybrid role with 2 days per week workin in our Glasgow office.
