The role
You play a key role in the development and implementation of performance media strategies for our clients and the growth of Equator’s offering overall. You are responsible for creating strategies that hit or exceed client targets and expectations while helping to expand the volume and type of campaigns that we run.

You should be able to anticipate, manage and resolve challenging situations with greater confidence.
Strategic development of our clients is key and as a senior manager it is expected that you put far more focus on this compared with a manager. You are an expert in all things digital media and will assist the Head of Performance Media in building out the team’s offering.

- Maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention of clients across the function, regularly meeting with them to plan, execute, and monitor campaigns.
- Collaborate with other members of Equator, in particular the marketing team and client services, in order to deliver in line with client goals.
- Remain current on the latest industry trends, the broader digital media landscapes, guidelines, and changes.
- Assist in the co-ordination, allocation and management of budgets across channel activities, internally and externally.
- Provide reports on completed activities and share campaign results with wider team to evaluate success, failures and suggest ways to improve and innovate for future projects, following identification of relevant measures to effectively monitor success.
- Build relationships with a wide pool of external publishers, establishing, maintaining and growing partnerships for Equator and our clients, leveraging these to achieve the best deals and performance for our clients.
- You always demonstrate high standards of ethics and integrity.
- You’ll be partly responsible for sharing learnings and updates with the marketing team and wider business when appropriate and integrating wherever possible.
- You’ll be accountable for establishing and following processes within the team, organising and prioritising workload whilst working to deadlines and allocated budgets.
- Proactivity in using, identifying, and testing AI tools that will improve the team’s delivery and offering whilst adhering to GDPR regulation.
