Building relationships that last
As a first point of call, you will be welcoming on-site guests, answering incoming telephone calls and forwarding them to appropriate personnel or department. When required, you will liaise with vendors and coordinate services they provide. You will be responsible for receiving, sorting and distributing mail, arranging appropriate supplies of stationary, sundries and first aid supplies and arranging all travel & accommodation for the employees of Equator. You will also manage our access control system (Astrow), purchase approval requests and order/invoice process.

£21,000 - £24,000

You have excellent typing skills, high level of proficiency with general office PC applications (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) and comfort with learning new applications as required

You are comfortable and experienced in interfacing with various levels of staff and management, while working in a fast-paced environment

You are familiar and have working knowledge of general office machines (i.e. copier, printers, franking machine, etc.) as required
