The role
The thing that makes your position so important in Equator is that you act as a key point of contact for our clients and help build strong client relations. You do this firstly, by supporting the Managing Directors with planning and proposals designed to help clients achieve their objectives. And, secondly by directing internal teams to provide clients with quality creative solutions. You are able to anticipate, manage and resolve challenging situations with greater confidence. Strategic development of our clients is a key focus of your role.
Main responsibilities:
- Deliver results - maintain focus on the efficiency of our work and on its effectiveness

- Nurture an integrated and collaborative approach throughout the lifecycle of a project
- Help, support and inspire the team to create excellent outputs every time
- Develop close, trusting relationships with the senior team and heads of department and work together to turn client opportunities into solutions that will help clients grow
- Set standards for your accounts whilst acting as an ambassador for the business
- Maximise revenue from each client and ensure we grow and retain the portfolio of accounts for 999
- Work with Managing Directors to turn client opportunities into solutions that will help clients grow and contribute to the client-facing proposals that sell in our recommended strategies and solutions
- Help with the development of client targets and strategies, in line with their plans, as well as support the identification of additional opportunities that they could potentially capitalise on
- Develop effective internal briefs that provide clear creative direction to teams and work with relevant internal teams to turn briefs into fully-scoped deliverables
- Help, support and inspire the team to create robust thinking and excellent creative and strategic outputs every time
- Manage the tracking and reporting of project performance to ensure team accountability and quality of deliverables
- Efficiently manage all project and campaign budgets, targets and monthly billings
- Support and guide Account Managers through training and mentoring, ensuring their work is of a good quality and the projects are managed efficiently and effectively
The Ideal Candidate:
- Agency experience is essential
- Knowledge and understanding of Nine.Nine.Nine lead sectors is desirable
- You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- You are forward-thinking and proactive
- You are inspirational and motivational
- You have an excellent knowledge of a wide range of techniques, tools and concepts for strategic thinking

£35,000 - £40,000
