CRM Team Leader
The thing that makes your position so important in Equator is that you play a key role in the definition, development and implementation of CRM strategies for our clients and growth of Equator’s offering overall
Standing out from the crowd
You will be responsible for establishing CRM within Equator as a new proposition, helping to plan and develop strategies that are aligned with client business goals, ultimately putting their customers first. You will collaborate with other core parts of the business, such as engineering, to develop the right CRM platform(s) and support with the integration process and ongoing management where appropriate.
You will be an expert in all things CRM, possessing an industry leading understanding of platforms, solution definition, analytics and innovations to ensure we satisfy client goals. You keep on top of industry news and regulations that you share with your clients and colleagues.
Skills & attributes
Is it for you?
- You have a background in CRM, with an understanding of the role it plays in the wider Marketing mix
- Proven experience of delivering CRM strategies and integrations
- Experience with Hubsport is preferable, or experience maintaining and optimising CRM and processes
- Strong analytical skill
- An interest in seeking out new innovations in digital in general
- You build great rapport with clients
- You have an understanding of other digital marketing channels
