Our work for SSE, has seen us design and deliver a responsive website and back office solution for their consumer-focused, rewards site (www.ssereward.com), which focuses on customer retention and acquisition of new customers.

SSE Customers are offered 48-hour advance access to tickets at the venues they sponsor across the UK; The Hydro, Wembley Arena and Belfast Arena venues via sign-up through the site and its integration with their CRM system, Siebel, to gain 48-hour advance access to pre-sale tickets providing customers with advance access to world renowned music and entertainment acts at the UK’s biggest venues.
Seamless Customer Experience
As with any in demand ticketing system the solution experiences high peak traffic and must be robust and scalable. The booking and reservations abstracts away integration with several different ticketing systems thereby maintaining a seamless and consistent customer experience.
