Mobile affiliate sales hit an all time high
Stats released from Affiliate Window show that 2013 really was ‘the year of mobile’. Affiliate Window reported a record braking level of mobile sales in December 2013, with mobile sales accounting for 27% of total sales. This is a huge uplift when compared to mobile sales on Affiliate Window in January 2013 which were accounting for just 14% of sales. These stats highlight the great importance for merchants to implement mobile tracking on their affiliate programme, as by neglecting to do so, there is a great chance affiliates will choose to promote competitors who do offer mobile tracking over your brand.
