Standing out from the crowd
You will be responsible for working across the Performance Marketing channels, mainly social media advertising and providing support with affiliate and display marketing campaigns. You will assist the Head of Performance Media in the definition and delivery of Equator's Performance Marketing strategy, ensuring that our high standards are met across all client campaigns. You will also be involved in developing achievable, engaging targets for our clients and ensure they are delivered; providing support to the client services team, acting as a point of escalation for all Performance Marketing clients, as well as assisting in delivering client specific strategies for campaigns and assisting in the communication of Performance Marketing activity and strategy to the wider business through regular presentations, case studies and company communications.
Salary
£26,000 - £32,000

Is it for you?
- You have a deep understanding of social media platforms and the relationship between paid, earned, and owned social media tactics
- You keep up-to-date with ever evolving social media trends to identify new campaign opportunities
- You have experience managing both organic and paid social media campaigns across different platforms (Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
- You are experienced with end-to-end social media campaign management (media plans and setup to optimisations and reporting)
- You can demonstrate effective budget management skills and ability to contribute to forecasting
- You can demonstrate your forward thinking and proactive nature
- You can work collaboratively with other areas of the business (search, content/outreach etc) and have an understanding of analytical tools (such as Google Analytics)
- Experience with conversion tracking setup and knowledge of affiliate marketing or display advertising would be beneficial but not essential
