We believe in connecting brands, marketing, and technology to deliver more effective experiences – and data-rich insights are a crucial ingredient. A vital part of a large integrated cross-functional team, our Insights Analyst will be committed to uncovering valuable insights that will drive forward our clients’ websites, digital marketing and overall business strategy.

Your

Responsibilities

  • With a reporting and analytics background, you are responsible for providing ongoing analysis, insights and recommendations from our clients’ analytics platforms
  • You would provide accurate weekly/monthly reporting. You would need to be able to use Google Analytics and Excel confidently and accurately
  • You would need to be able to implement configuration amends in Google Analytics platform and liaise with our development team on this where required
  • You would carry out both ad hoc and ongoing analysis of clients’ analytics data, translating findings here into actionable insights

Your

Skills

  • A marketing, business, economics or related degree
  • Analytics experience with specific experience of Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint required
  • You must be detail oriented and highly organised
  • Strong ability to problem-solve and see patterns in data
  • You should have an enthusiasm for digital communications, trends, and innovation

Qualifications

  • You will be detail-oriented, enthusiastic and keen to dig deep into data, in order to find actionable insights
  • We also expect you to be an efficient communicator – at ease with working within a larger team to achieve our clients’ goals and able to effectively articulate your findings
  • You will be well versed in Google Analytics and exposure to the digital marketing arena is a must
  • You will take pride and ownership in your contribution and have excellent attention to detail
