We have an opening in our highly talented team to be filled by a charismatic, driven digital designer.

We are looking for someone with a high level of conceptual design talent (coming up with Big Ideas for big integrated campaigns);

A high level of skill in the main software we use (Illustrator, Photoshop and Flash animation and actionscripting);

A high level of attention to detail and quality;

And, above all, a true passion for digital design.

Account Directors and Account Managers

We are looking for some more brilliant people to join the Client Servicing team at Equator. Ideally, we'd like to hear from candidates with experience of working in an agency client servicing role, working with either digital or marketing clients or both. We will, however, consider applications from people with client side experience who would like to make the move to agency side.

At Account Director level, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team, driving the strategic thinking for your clients, being the lead on key projects and owning the financial management of your specific client's business. A passion for great strategic thinking, superb organisational skills and an ability to motivate and drive teams are mandatory for this role.

Account Managers are the main point of contact for clients and the role is to manage the day to day operations of specific projects both managing teams within the agency and dealing with client requirements. Candidates should be able to demonstrate that they are well organised, articulate and have the ability to think strategically.

Digital Project Manager

Due to our continual growth we are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our highly talented team.

The role

Working closely with clients and internal teams, you will be a self-motivator and will manage the definition, design, development and delivery of web sites and web applications. You'll work alongside the technical and design teams to produce detailed project documentation and provide support and advice to the client services team.

Ideally you'll have 3 years+ experience of project management, preferably from within a digital agency, although applications will be looked at from candidates from other industries with experience in managing web development projects. Any exposure or experience of Agile methodologies is a bonus however a grounding in any formal project management methodology is a must (e.g. Prince 2).

The challenge

You will be able to lead and motivate project teams and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines whilst maintaining quality standards and exceeding client expectations.  You will be an advocate of best practice and a stickler for getting it right!

This is a dynamic role and one that requires someone to effectively engage with clients and colleagues of all levels.   You must have genuine enthusiasm, be committed, client facing, talented, fun and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivery!
