It was the end of the last century, much of the country was in
recession, the dot-com bubble had just burst, we were all waiting
for the millennium bug to bite;
and we decided to create a new digital
agency.
What may on the surface seem a foolish decision has turned out
very well indeed. The dot-com bubble was created by technology
experts' smoke and mirrors approach to generating cash (see the
millennium bug for a perfect example). And the recession caused
people to ask their agencies to become accountable or die.
We succeeded because we

We are a full-service digital agency that can coordinate all
online channels. Everything we do is completely accountable to
targets so that you can sleep soundly at night, knowing exactly
what you're getting for your digital marketing buck.
Joined-up thinking
When we started out it was easier to offer a full-service than
it is today. There were far fewer mature channels to work with. So
as the web has grown, so have we.
Today we number 45 people in teams with
