We worked with Ultimo to develop a brand new website, creating
a genuine step-change in their business. Trading up from a simple
out-of-the-box solution, the new site gave them much greater power
to run their online business.
We developed features such as merchandising components that
allowed stock to be promoted at the right time at the flick of a
switch; a greater range of offer types being available, advanced
searching and sorting features all made the site more effective and
more importantly, an enjoyable customer experience too.
The new website was designed as part of an
upgrade for the brand too; the new site giving a slick, sexy new
aesthetic and feel. We developed features such as animated category
introductions to create an engaging dynamic as visitors navigated
the site. We also worked with the team at Ultimo to create video
content, enabling Michelle to explain the correct measuring and
fitting of Ultimo's products to add another level of customer
satisfaction to the website.
We delivered a high-end brand experience and a seamless shopping
experience for Ultimo and their customers; and that's something
we're very happy about.
