Ultimo website
The new site we developed for Ultimo created a genuine
step-change in their business.
Trading up from a simple out-of-the-box solution, the new site
gave them much greater power to run their online business.
Features like merchandising components that allowed stock to be
promoted at the right time at the flick of a switch; a greater
range of offer types being available, advanced searching and
sorting features all made the site more effective, and most
importantly, a more enjoyable customer experience too.
The new site was designed as part of an upgrade for the brand
too. The previous solution offered little in terms of brand value.
The new site gave a slick, sexy new look and feel. We built-in
features like animated category introductions to create an engaging
dynamic as visitors navigated the site. We also worked with the
team at Ultimo to create video content of Michelle explaining the
correct measuring and fitting of bras to help customers choose the
right product for them.
This is a piece of work that we are very proud of as it delivers
a high-end brand experience and a seamless shopping experience all
in one package.
